We're close enough to this matter to realize some important discoveries
We now have been in contact with a State Co-Cordinator on South Dakota. To be able to speak with such a steward of the public trust is a real pleasure. To see and receive such great information sourced at their website is a breath of fresh air and a source of hope for any abused people living at this American state.
Powers of the South Dakota Assembly
I call on South Dakota Assembly to activate their Court and for the People to call upon them to hear a matter of human rights fraud violations and fraudulent conversion which has now turned into Deprivation of Rights under Color of Law -- THE STATEs and FEDERAL partners are acting and have acted against a common man -- by capturing this man -- illustrated below -- using false pretenses and Government over reach.
Problems with the Current Administrative State Agencies
The people on South Dakota have realized for a very long time that Administration of the State House, the County House and the Town Hall were all suspected of becoming fraudulent. Fraud at those levels has tended to spill over into budget constraints. Those constraints then spill over to reducing resources for law enforcement training and preventing investigation in how to properly handle internal affairs problems.
Then freak out parties happen over low-hanging fruit -- poor people who are maliciously taken into custody via swat team arrests -- contrived policy enforcements taking place and other crimes which precipitate from their abject incompetence.
Unconstitutional Enforcement Practices
Not only have [THEY/They/they] adopted a tenuous Public Policy, they've gotten ahold of many various Agency Officers and turned them to the dark side. Dark Side Operators are order-takers without any deep knowledge into the laws they are breaking - and as stated herein, these Armed Mercenaries can be proven guilty in Court and convicted of their crimes, they can be brought to the death penalty as imposed upon them administratively in Court - their Executions by Operation of Law. It's a horrible event to see such a dismantling occur over thinly-veiled and inexcusable injustices. Existing 'take down' practices aimed at free common men are simply not sustainable.
The Administrative State
For openers, the entire Administrative State, doing business as STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA, is deeply embroiled in fraud crimes against our several free peoples, adults, youth, marrieds, singles and families -- urgent facts -- whereby lots of [THEM/Them/them in the System] know this already and they're scared stiff of losing their jobs; the "them" being so-called Public Administrative People and Bosses making decisions for everyone; Attorneys; Lawyers; Administrative Law Judges; BAR Associations; Kevlar vest wearing forces; all conspiring together in the use of 'civilian lawfare' they have usurped upon all original governments and agency services that the people are owed.
To present time, a true history, eyewitness account and by use of interactive references, we're going to focus on the matters of one Travis John Stadheim, a Watertown South Dakota natural American man who definitely approves some new and recent publicity for his matters -- which now therefore become the focus of today's report. The corrupt 'system' is now holding the man's body on bogus 'charges' and trying to force him to plead guilty to 'charges' against STADHEIM, TRAVIS JOHN and he refuses to play their games.
Master Stadheim has NOT consented nor approved of being construed as A PERSON who rogue Agents and Multi-Agency Task Forces believe they've lawfully apprehended earlier this week near Lyons, Colorado on property which is not owned by or ceded to the UNITED STATES nor the partnering agencies.

The fraud crimes perpetrated against this Stadheim man, are purely crimes of administrative prowess gone afoul due to law-breaking by Public Administrators and those prerogatives in continued getting away with it; crimes with impunity; spinning false accounts of this man in social settings; jeopardizing the security of people who trust the man as family and friends; accusing a man of commercial crimes while he is not even close to transacting in their commerce; their making of false claims in commerce concerning this man's freedoms.
1. The manufacturing of "so-called felonies" against the man are purely fabrications intended to make an example, kidnapping the body of a knowledgeable man, as cannon fodder; to distract everyone; to mislead everyone; to publish false media; to prevent common sensed people from recognizing the true perpetrators -- STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA; SD Codified Law 20-11-1; the U.S. GOVERNMENT; US Codified Law 28 USC § 3002(15); we now have trained paid Agents cavorting in mercenary activities under a false flag, or no flag, to beat down and taser an unarmed free man; falsely imprisoning a man who has not been proven guilty of any crime; but one whose BOND is a likely good paying bond issue;
2. The man, Travis John, has never intentionally harmed anyone, including himself; the man knows that he has sufficiently documented these facts; he comes from a family which has eyewitnesses to these facts; he placed sufficient information in the public record; he has uncovered sufficient breach of agreement committed by STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA; the man would naturally try to distance himself from fraudulent entities harming him via fictions at law; to steer clear of Agents paid by STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA in their obvious intention to administratively commit a forced false arrest against one ESTATE HOLDER IN DUE COURSE of its free inhabitant Travis Stadheim; deemed A PERSON who knows too much; imagine Sheriff Deputies, Police Officers, District Attorneys, US Marshals all being "CHARGED" for all this: Using fabricated evidence, falsified records, conspiracy against rights, impersonation crimes; deprivation of rights; financial fraud; securities fraud; breach of trust; international human trafficking; fraud on the Court; Violations of the Administrative Procedures Act of 1946;
He hasn't been convicted of any crimes. He hasn't accepted their offers or deals or plea bargains. He's going to be declaring his PERSON as a declared foreign agent.
3. People close to the man, his family, friends, clergy and others are assured this man is NOT a violent offender; NOT a repeat offender; STATE AGENCY determination to assault this man with lies to promote the lie of a physical violence threat from this man; false imprisonment and detaining this man will result in the defamation of this man's character; will result in the criminal investigation of Public Officials and Sub-contract Security Agencies who are breaking laws against this man; a properly seated investigation will conclude with administrative disciplinary actions, loss of rank, demotions, administrative leaves, fines, penalties, and imprisonment; additional exposure will reach the mainstream media and the alternative press.

4. The man knows and has presented Documented Information which clearly has certain higher-level people (above the Judge, DA, Sheriff, etc.) concerned about [him] shedding light on internal corruption; those in "fear" have mischaracterized the man; those in fear have mobilized the wasting of taxpayer resources to pursue this man around the free multi-state region, due to systemic lies, omissions and mis-representations; now to make a media sensation spewing these lies will turn up the damages claim considerably; as stated by the United States Solicitor General in this public information.

5. The man is going to be used as "a poster child" to label him as being among people dubbed "sovereign citizens" -- which is a phrase that is actually an oxymoron and a defamation charge that is about to happen. A sovereign cannot be a citizen. A citizen cannot be a sovereign. The terms are mutually exclusive; To accuse a man of said label and to construe that 'by association' he must also be 'a hostile' is on its face a defamation of character under https://sdlegislature.gov/Statutes/20-11;

6. There are too many evident collusions taking place in what appears to be "LEGAL SYSTEM RACKETEERING AND COLLUSION" between said "agencies" which are nothing more than sub-contractors gone rogue against Americans who are awakened to the corruption inside "so-called Courts" and inside the offices of "so-called Authorities"; similarly situated to this LEGAL PARTY;
7. In South Dakota, defamation, encompassing libel and slander, is addressed under SD Codified Law 20-11-1, which states that every person is obligated to refrain from infringing on the right of others not to be defamed.
8. South Dakotans have discovered numerous problems with internal fraud amongst its employees which they commit against the people living on the lands of South Dakota. South Dakota’s state government has a troubling history of fraud incidents. However, 2024 marked a new low against South Dakotans. Investigations last year implicated state employees in schemes that mismanaged or outright stole millions in public funds. The officials entrusted with safeguarding these assets — through robust systems, oversight and enforcement — seem to have failed the public.
Voters elect representatives to run state government responsibly and professionally. However, mounting evidence suggests systemic failures by leaders and legislators, raising critical questions about accountability.

9. People who know these problems the STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA is embroiled in, will naturally be on the list of people to silence from going public with the fraud STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA wants to have kept hidden.
10. "Legal system racketeering and collusion" refers to the use of the legal system, or parts of it, for illicit lawfare purposes, often involving organized crime or corruption paid for on public contracts using purported taxpayer proceeds, and can include activities like bribery, extortion, fabrication of evidence, falsification of charges, deception in dialog with directly suspected people and obstruction of justice, potentially violating the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO). Collusion involves a secret agreement or cooperation between parties, often for illegal or unethical purposes such as regarding a common man as some sort of company property. The STATE OF SOUTH DAKOTA, its county law enforcement agencies and local police department agencies are all together involved in the wholesale crimes of impersonation, identity theft, malfeasance, deprivation of rights under color of law at the end of gun barrels, many egregious crimes which have become international crimes; many crimes which now transcend all jurisdictions from local, county, state, municipal, federal, civil and criminal. They've become a major piece of work for themselves.

On March 11, 2025 (just now today) 45-Year-Old Watertown South Dakota Man and advocate of freedom and peace, was violently Accosted in the Town of Lyons on Outstanding Felony Warrant suppositions; was subsequently terrorized, assaulted and kidnapped against his will by multi-agency task forces colluding together under their breaking of RICO and Civil Rights laws; Grand Theft and intentional damages to private property;
Boulder County, Colo. - Travis Stadheim, a 45-year-old friendly South Dakota man, wanted on several purportedly outstanding felony warrants from South Dakota was located today, supposedly on the 200 block of Main Street outside Smokin' Dave's BBQ near the Town of Lyons, Boulder County, Colorado by the United States Marshals Service, were they intentionally damaged the private automobile belonging to a trusted friend of the man. The Colorado Violent Offender Task Force, as well as officers and deputies from neighboring law enforcement agencies safely apprehended Stadheim at approximately 3:00 p.m. as they resorted to violence, terrorism and destruction of property. He is being booked into the Boulder County Jail on his warrants and this is now opening a public investigation to hold those bad actors accountable. Agents reported that Stadheim led officers on a high-speed chase resulting in damage to a Jeep owned by Stadheim's long-time friend. It was later learned that the agencies involved changed their story in the media once it was found out they lied about a purported high-speed chase. AS Stadheim was tasered and thrown to the ground, the Jeep sat nearby with all of its windows broken out and body damage inflicted unnecessarily by nefarious officers.
A school in Lyons was put on secure status during the operation, and traffic was briefly diverted on Highway 36 during the arrest, out of an abundance of caution, even though Stadheim has never been armed or dangerous. These matters escalate in such manner to further accentuate the fabrications and lies. Check with Stadheim's former wife for her part in possible defamation leading to these matters.
In South Dakota, grand theft, a felony, is defined by the value of the stolen property, with penalties increasing with the value. It's a Class 6 felony for property valued between $1,000 and $2,500, escalating to Class 2 felony for property exceeding $500,000; Authorities have stolen significantly more than this from the man.
The Colorado Violent Offender Task Force (COVOTF) is comprised of Deputy U.S. Marshals and sworn Special Deputy U.S. Marshals from numerous Colorado Law Enforcement Agencies, including the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office, Boulder Police Department, Colorado Department of Corrections, Douglas County Sheriff’s Office, and the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, among others. COVOTF actively seeks out and apprehends wanted felons throughout Colorado and the United States. To escalate false accusations against the man, to this extensive degree, only raises their burden of proof up to and included immediate incarceration of the Prosecutor for contributing to this disaster.
The Boulder County Sheriff’s Office may seem to be thankful to the United States Marshals Service and its partner agencies. We would also like to thank the Longmont Public Safety Department, Lyons Fire Protection District, Englewood Police Department, and the St. Vrain Valley School District for their assistance today. These good feelings will change as the fraud charges and subsequent investigations successfully convict them all.
