Version from 1789

In 1789, minor revisions were made to clarify certain provisions before it was ratified by Congress. This version included:

  • The addition of the Bill of Rights, which comprises the first ten amendments that guarantee individual liberties for those who make themselves a party to the internals of government--such as running for and being employed in Office.

  • Some changes in language for clarity but no substantial alterations to core principles when you stand inside government and apply this content to yourself in that official capacity.

Notable differences include:

  • The Bill of Rights was not part of the original document but was proposed as essential amendments to protect citizens' rights. "Citizens" being those PERSONS who got themselves elected into Office or hired onto the staff of any government agency.

Important Distinctions:

  • You can be a common Nebraska man or woman without being a "Citizen" as defined in the U.S.C. (United States Code)
  • You have to correct your political status so that your name stops being regarded as a Resident of the District.
  • The District is defined in the North West Ordinance and the Federal Code as "Washington, DC" which is not Idaho, Montana, etc.
